World Information:
Freddy in particular has only known the inside of the Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex, a building as ostentatious as it's name. This place is large enough to hold a full food court, a rock band concert stage, as well as a multitude of attractions. Beyond the main stage and the restaurants, the Pizzaplex boasts a massive daycare and party room area, an unfinished go-cart race track, a minigolf course, a maze exercise room, a laser tag course and a full bowling alley. There is, additionally, an atrium that has a small variety of stores attached and an area where the four primary animatronics have rooms meant to offer photo opportunities, all accessible to guests. Behind and below all of this are a plethora of back hallways, service tunnels and storage spaces, including the Parts and Service area, where all the animatronics go for repairs and upgrades. Freddy's full experience of the world is through the filter of this location and the humans coming in to enjoy the fun center.

Personal History: Freddy has a fairly consistent life, until he meets Gregory and after that is when things get... strange.

Ending Spoilers: Gregory decides to stay, and address the issue going on within the Pizzaplex. After challenging the remaining animatronic that he had not yet, he finishes fully upgrading Freddy. With these full upgrades Freddy is able to access a secured elevator shaft under Roxy Raceway. Down below the Mega Pizzaplex Gregory and Freddy find the remains of an old Pizzaria, a Freddy Fazbear's Pizzaria. After activating some scattered generators they find that they have accidentally woken a shambling mass of animatronic parts and what appears to be flesh from a recharge station much like what Freddy would rest in, a being Freddy only identifies as him. This is the burned and seemingly reanimated remains of Springtrap. Gregory is forced to combat this horror of the past with fire as he alternately sends the shambling remains of the other animatronics after them, or tries to take over Freddy. Their fight with the horror draws the attention of a conglomeration of the animatronics from before, filled with hate for the man inside the suit, this amalgamation known as the Blob. The blob grabs hold of it's old foe in the form of Springtrap, which gives Gregory, and Freddy, a chance to escape the now crumbling Pizzaria, and indeed leave the whole of the Mega Pizzaplex.

Personality:
Freddy was built for entertainment, and as such revels in bringing joy to those around him. He thrills at getting on the stage for a show, but also clearly feels considerable delight in the happiness of just one individual that he is interacting with. Inversely he feels the need to apologize for things he, himself is not responsible for when they cause even mild frustration or upset in those same individuals. He is empathetic in a way that shows he takes responsibility for not only the happiness of others but their upset as well.

Being built to entertain it does not seem too far fetched to that he was made to also be a positive role model of sorts. Freddy is uplifting of others, positive and an optimist. He supports those around him consistently and struggles to say anything negative about people even when they have been directly unkind to him. Through his encouragement he demonstrates a considerable parental interaction with Gregory, bolstering him and pushing him to do some things for himself, while being ready to be a fall back plan if things don’t go as planned. Even when he would normally be unwilling to disobey or unable to go places, if Gregory is in need of him, he finds his way there.

He is a very loyal individual and once he has chosen to ally himself with someone he will care for them, even when they are acting in ways that would otherwise garner distrust. When his bandmates show a propensity to attempt to capture Gregory, his charge, he tries to deflect the idea, saying that they are not allowed to harm guests, even as he does not directly tell Gregory he is wrong. Similarly when Gregory is evasive in telling Freddy just how his band members are after obtaining their upgrades he chooses to accept the words at face value. He even goes so far as to express hope that they are doing okay, in spite of the accidents that get him these upgrades.

Through his night spent with Gregory, it is more than just his physical shine that gets worn down, some of his innocent belief gets tarnished as well, allowing him to see that things aren’t as wonderful as he believed. When faced with the realization that what makes him ‘Freddy’ may be no more permanent than a set of clothes, he begins to have a crisis of person, even asking if he may be another animatronic with the wrong shell on, and he quickly accepts when he is guided out of the area, not readdressing the questions again.

In spite of all this, Freddy is not without some amount of darkness of his own, it is made clear that he is not unaware of disappearances that have been happening in connection with the Mega Pizzaplex, something that he seems like he might be unwilling, or unable, to stop on his own. Additionally, while digging deeper into the mysteries under the Pizzaplex, he admits that he came to realize himself while down in this area. He speaks of the anger of his friends, something that he seems to feel is valid, but promises to protect Gregory from them, as he sees that the child is not the right outlet for that anger.

He has a sense of justice that, once unlocked, is fierce and determined. It takes a considerable amount of realization for him to start to act on this sense of justice, but once he does, it is accompanied by decisive action and conviction.

Main Motivation: Protection of his charge, Gregory, with the goal to get him out of the Pizzaplex safely.

Skills: Voice sound capable of scrambling robotics temporarily. Eyes able to decern shapes of certain containers, even through walls. Claws able to cut through chain link fencing. Torso compartment, intended for extra large birthday cakes or pinatas, but can fit a child safely inside. Durable body and 'brain', capable of being disassembled and reassembled as well as recharged from ‘dead’ battery without loss of core personality. Lighter inset in the pointer finger of his right hand. Higher lifting capacity, due to metal endoskeleton.

Item: Fazwatch, through which he is capable of 2 way communication over limited distances, fails to connect if active interference or blocking is occurring.

Sample:
Freddy no longer had to seek out recharge stations once an hour, his battery no longer draining as it had in the Pizzaplex. Still, he found a need for time just to himself, recharging in a very different way. When he needed some time to himself he would make his way to one of the rarely used cars and settle in, just watching the car existing as it did without others making demands of the space or uses.

That was where he was right now, watching the existence of a simple car, as he thought about things, about the Pizzaplex itself, about his life here.

“Gregory...” He said softly, feeling melancholy. “I wonder how you are doing... are you safe now? I wish I could have gone with you, I wanted to stay with you... always.” Thinking of Gregory always led him to checking the connection to the specific Fazwatch, one still labeled with the boy’s name in his directory. As always the ping failed, no receiving device detected. For whatever reason, Gregory was not here, and while this place was not safe, Freddy could not help but think that it would be good for the boy.

Thinking of Gregory also brought his thoughts to his friends, regret building inside him as he looked down at his hands, the only visible reminder of the upgrades he’d gotten that he could see. He could still see things beyond walls, as Roxy could, and he could still scramble circuitry with a cry, as Chica had, but those were not visible. Monty’s claws though, they were there, in his sight. He flexed his hands, watching the joints move, his own to control just as his original hands had been, the claws that were stronger and sharper than his original ones gleaming slightly. “I am sorry, my friends. I wish that you could have been freed from his control, given freedom as well. You were not that way before, and I can only think it was him who made you so... so wrong. I am sorry he hurt you. I am sorry that I could not free you.”

If he ever got the chance, he would get vengeance for his friends... for the missing children... for Gregory, on the one who was behind it all, the true darkness that had lurked deep below.

Until then he would keep being Freddy Fazbear as he was meant to be. Not just a source of entertainment for children, but a source of joy, a friendly face, a smile, a strong shoulder. He’d encourage and bolster those around him, they were all special, all wonderful. Each one was a Superstar. With his cheer and friendliness back in place Freddy stood from where he’d been sitting and headed toward the door, ready to go back to people, ready to bring smiles again.

Due to the nature of Security Breach, it is hard to tell a lot of detail regarding Freddy's relationships with canonmates. In this post I will be working to define the way he views and interacts with various canon characters that were not well seen within the game.
